SMALL BATCH CRAFT RAMEN

Since 2019, Mystic Ramen has been serving up Hamilton's favourite ramen in search of pure ramen perfection.

At the end of 2022 we left the Hamilton Farmer's Market and are now located at 51 King William. We make most everything in house, with love and great attention to detail. Come and enjoy the perfect bowl of ramen.

Tantanmen

Our much-loved, best-sellling bowl is a fan (and staff!) favourite.
A toasted sesame, shoyu and chili tare with minced pork and seasonal vegetables. A little bit of sweet, and a little bit of heat.

Spicy Miso

Our mildly spicy Spicy Miso is our other top-selling bowl.
Classic: Miso and chili okazu. Medium level spice. If you like is spicy, ask us to add our dragon powder!

Chicken chintan seasoned with shoyu tare topped with shrimp and pork wontons, pork belly, and scallions. All made in house!

A rich chicken broth seasoned with shio tare and topped with roasted chicken, pickled shiitake mushrooms, arugula, scallions and pickled ginger. A great bowl for unsure first timers!
